Delivery & Returns
All orders over $50 (excluding GST) will be shipped to you free of charge. For orders under $50 (excluding GST) our delivery charges to you are calculated when you select your “ship to” postcode. You will be able to see what these charges will be before you place your order.
We use a range of transport providers depending on the volume and weight of the product you order. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we will notify you of tracking details for your delivery.
If you require a product urgently, we may be able to assist you by arranging (at your expense) airfreight or a local courier. Please contact us, we’ll do our best to help.
We want you to be happy with your order, if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order please contact us via phone or using firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to correct it. We will advise you in writing, usually via email, how we will resolve the matter. In circumstances where products need to be returned to us we will provide you with a return authorisation number. This number must accompany the goods when they are returned to us, this will allow your return to be dealt with in the manner we have agreed with you.
In circumstances where we agree to accept a return, when not required by Australian Consumer Law to do so, like if you change your mind or incorrectly order products, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We may also charge you a re-stocking fee to return products in this situation.
Returns for some items, such as custom made product, special orders, one offs etc. will only be accepted where we are required to do so under Australian Consumer Law.
