EN10204 3.1 Certified Hose Tails

MCC's range of hose tails designed for the offshore oil & gas market are engineered and designed based on Hoop stress calculations in accordance with ASME B31. The specific materials we use to manufacture the couplings have been checked to establish the yield strength and tensile strength are adequate at ambient temperature to ensure that brittle fracture does not occur.

EN10204 3.1 Certified Ferrules

Machined hose ferrules from either Seamless Tube or Hollow Bored Bar available in Zinc Plated Carbon Steel / SS304 (While stocks last) / SS316. The ferrule is supplied with a serrated inner diameter and designed to engage with the Millennium EN10204 3.1 certified hose tails listed above.

EN10204 3.1 Hose Lifter

Designed with two easy to access lifting lugs offset at 90 degrees the hose lifter has a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 4 Ton with 8 Ton proof.

Ground Joint Steam Couplings

Ground Joint Hose Couplings are designed for compressed air, steam or fluid service where higher working pressure and increased coupling retention are required. A Wing nut with coarse thread allows for quick attachment and release. A spud adapter is used to convert this coupling to a pipe thread (BSP or NPT).

The ground joint hose coupling set is a three piece system featuring a hose shank, female swivel wing nut, and spud adapter.

Universal (Type B) Claw Couplings

The universal (type B) Claw Coupling is an American style coupling used primarily for air & water applications. Available in BSP & NPT thread patterns and Zinc Plated finish.
